Care & Usage guide

Welcome to the Nest & Cuddle Family

We are honored to be a part of your postpartum journey. This kit was carefully curated to provide comfort and support as you heal. Please read through this guide for instructions on how to safely use your recovery essentials.

How to Use Your Recovery Kit

Ergonomic Peri Bottle: Fill with warm water—always test the temperature on your wrist first to ensure it is not too hot. Aim and squeeze gently while or after using the bathroom to cleanse the area without irritation. Pat dry gently.

Disposable Underwear: Step into these for a secure, comfortable foundation that holds your recovery layers in place.

The "Healing Sandwich" Layering Guide:

The Base: Activate the Maxi Ice Pad (snap it to begin cooling) and place it onto your disposable underwear.

The Soothe: Lay a Witch Hazel Pad Liner flat on top of the ice pad.

The Relief: Apply Witch Hazel Healing Foam directly onto the liner.

Finish: Pull up your underwear for immediate cooling relief.

Maternity Gown & Non-Slip Socks: Slip into these for maximum comfort and safety while resting at home.

Always consult your physician or midwife regarding your specific recovery, especially if you had a C-section or significant tearing.

External Use Only: All topical products (foam, liners, etc.) are for external use only.

Patch Test: We recommend a small patch test on your skin before full use of any topical products to check for sensitivities or allergic reactions. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Supervision: While our socks feature non-slip grips, please use caution on slick or wet surfaces.
